Digital Kazakhstan is a future in which every citizen of the country uses their smartphone/computer to perform many important actions. And at the same time, it does not spend the most valuable resources – time and energy. This future has already begun today. In my turn, as a novice teacher at one of the country's leading universities, I am convinced of this by using modern technologies in the process of distance learning.

Despite the state of emergency declared in our country, al-Farabi KazNU was fully ready to switch to distance learning, ensuring accessibility and equal opportunities for obtaining high-quality education. For example, in the implementation of DOT, we use such platforms as: SDO MOODLE, Univer 2.0, Open KazNU, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WEBEX, Zoom, MOOCS.KZ, OMC.MOOCS.KZ YouTube, Okulyk, Kahoot, etc. Such systems allow you to carry out all the same traditional lectures, laboratory work with a difference in their provision, which requires teachers to focus on the quality and clarity of the material provided, as well as to master skills that will be useful in the future in work and everyday life. The uniqueness of the system is that live broadcasts do not differ from the usual offline meetings — you can see the teacher and the presentation, ask questions, and communicate with classmates.

We can confidently say that our country, as a matter of course, provides the younger generation with education that is available to everyone and anywhere in the country. Thanks to the close-knit work, system and professionalism of the team, al-Farabi KazNU contributes to the development of digitalization of Kazakhstan's education by creating and continuously improving platforms like Univer 2.0 (univer.kaznu.kz), SDO Moodle (dl.kaznu.kz), Open KazNU (open.kaznu.kz)

In conclusion, I would like to say the following: distance learning is no different from traditional. It uses all the standard forms of organization of classes. Therefore, in this difficult time, the most important thing is to take care of yourself,your family and our country, STAYING SAFE at HOME, ADDING to your knowledge!!!
