Opening of multimedia class at the chair of Turkology and History of eastern countries, faculty of oriental studies, KazNU named after al-Farabi

On October, 1st, 2009 at 11.00 o'clock at the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi the celebration in honor of official opening of multimedia class and library which have been presented by Agency of commonwealth and development of Turkic people (TIKA) has been lead. At official opening there was Omar Kodzhaman the president of agency TIKA of Turkey in Kazakhstan.
The agency promotes development of turkology science and provides the universities with the technical equipment, textbooks, and reference books in Kazakhstan.
The chair of Turkology and History of easter countries has offered the project about opening of multimedia class in 2008-2009. TIKA supported this project. The price of the project is 3648000 tenge.

At opening there was a first deputy minister of culture and tourism of Turkey Исмет Йылмаз and the main consul of Turkey in Almaty Мехмет Учар, the attache of culture and the information of Turkey embassy in Almaty Mine Касап, the adviser by education of Turkey in Almaty Кадир Четин. On behalf of the rector of the Kazakh National University by al-Farabi Zhumagulov Bakytzhan Tursynovich 1-st pro-rector of university, Doctor of the chemical sciences, professor Mansurov Zulkhair Aitmukhambetuly has handed over the letter of thanks and a souvenir « People of Kazakhstan » to mister Omar Kodzhaman and to mister Ismet Jylmaz.

The dean of the faculty of oriental studies, Doctor of the history sciences, professor Aldabek Nurzhamal Abdirazykyzy and the manager of the chair of Turkology and History of eastern countries professor Avakova Raushan Amirdinkyzy have thanked TIKA for the measurements they conduct for development of a science turkology in Kazakhstan.

Students showed the small concert program for the guests. Then the chair of Turkology and History of eastern countries prepared for history coffee-break with national dishes.
