INDEPENDENCE DAY TOGETHER WITH DEPARTMENT OF KOREAN STUDIES
On December, 16th, 2009 students of a hostel №8 have been invited to celebrating of Independence Day of our republic.
At 15:00 it has been declared in all hostel that the meeting with teachers of chair корееведения will take place. All interested persons have been invited To a dialogue platform. A conversation theme: «Shape of the Kazakhstan student who is in Foreign training».
Not a secret, what exactly to students of faculty of oriental studies as any other students can be on foreign language training in the East countries more often. At this time it gives unique possibility to get acquainted more close with language and culture of this or that country. But feature of this period, as well as the big responsibility, that they, our students-orientalists, during this period are the card of Kazakhstan is.
Communicating with students and teachers in other country, they have possibility to tell, and at times and to show unique culture of our Kazakhstan. Knowledge of the country are important during this period. For this reason, in day of the 18 anniversary of our republic, teachers of chair корееведения have told about possibilities of training which are given by our university agree to the concluded contracts on cooperation. Teachers of chair корееведения have shown informative films about the Korean universities – Hanguk University of Foreign Studies, University Kangnam, University Dagu. Then the is informative-fascinating quiz «And how you will present our Kazakhstan has been played?». Students were divided into groups and competed in questions and answers on a population of Kazakhstan, its territory, the administrative-territorial device, the people living in Kazakhstan.
Especially interesting questions on culture, traditions and customs of the Kazakh people, its modern tastes in music, songs, a cinema have seemed. In the conclusion students so were played that steels in «day of a birth» to sing songs about Kazakhstan. Different songs sounded, among them there was also a hymn of Kazakhstan, and «Let run clumsily …». The holiday has gone right, many students have not wanted to release the curators, the holiday has ended with tea drinking in student's rooms. Happy birthday, the country!
