Today, graduates note a high ability to work with modern technologies and technologies and programs and the need to know the personal qualities of graduates (field work, field trips, responsibility, communication skills, teamwork, foreign languages). Employers described in detail the specifics of their organization, identified key requirements for applicants and offered subjects that could create the necessary knowledge and competencies for future employees. He also noted that Al-Farabi is one of the leading universities in the field of training specialists in demand. The meeting discussed ways to identify and include the necessary subjects in the main curriculum in the specialties: geography, land management and cadastre, as well as the formation of competence in training.
