REVIEW OF THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE in ISTANBUL AND ANKARA (TURKISH REPUBLIC), PRESENTATION OF THE BOOK

In the period from March 17-23, in Istanbul and Ankara, the Turkish Republic, an international scientific conference was held dedicated to the presentation of the monograph "Zhahansha Dosmukhamedov - lawyer, politician, civilist" Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law of the Faculty of Law Zabih Sholpan Arapbaykyzy.
Within the framework of this International Scientific Conference, on March 19 in Istanbul, an on-line presentation of the book of the Kazakh scientist Sholpan Zabikh took place on the Internet platform Zoom, with the participation of prominent scientists of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Turkey, which was broadcast live on the Turkish TV Channel "34" and was covered by the Turkish media, including you tube. Organizational support in conducting such a significant for the scientific world of Kazakhstan and Turkey was provided by the Kazakh-Turkish research educational center KATEAD and the Orenburg office of the "Kazakh tili" Society. The presentation was held in two languages ​​- Kazakh and Turkish.
This scientific work of Sholpan Zabikh is dedicated to the life and work of one of the most prominent personalities in Russian history, a representative of the Kazakh intelligentsia of the late XIX - early XX centuries, a professional lawyer, a graduate of the prestigious Faculty of Law of the Imperial Moscow University, a prosecutor, a civil lawyer, a prominent public and political figure, not only Kazakh territory, but also Russia. The research is based on the richest and most valuable materials, on the author's many years of research in various archives of Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan. In the book, the author reveals the state and legal views of a brilliant politician, jurist and civilist (founder of civil law) who adhered to the principle of the rule of law and justice.
The idea of ​​strengthening friendship between kindred Turkic peoples and their unification in solving important problems was central to the political and legal views of Zhahanshi Dosmukhamedov and Mustafa Shokay, which became an incentive for the presentation on the land of Turkey.
The discussion of Sholpan Zabikh's scientific work was attended by such Kazakhstani scientists as: Amantay Sharip, Doctor of Philology, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University; Alua Ibraeva, Doctor of Law, Professor of the Law Faculty of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University; Serikkali Tynybekov, Doctor of Law, Professor, Head of the Department of the Law Faculty, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University; Laila Akhmetova, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of the Faculty of Journalism of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, Director of the UNESCO Center; Sagymbay Kozybayev, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of the Faculty of Journalism of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi, President of the Academy of Journalism. Kazakh scientists highly appreciated this scientific work, which was prepared by the author during many years of work in the archives of not only Kazakhstan, but also neighboring states. They also noted the need for further research to restore "white spots" in history, revealing all facets of the talent of the prominent sons of "Alash", prominent representatives of the Kazakh intelligentsia of the late 19th - early 20th centuries. To work together with Turkish scientists, since the scientific bridge was built within the framework of this event.
The Turkish side was represented by the famous scientist, professor of the Mimar Sinan University of the Republic of Turkey Abdulvahab Kara, who noted the value of this scientific work not only for Kazakhstan, but also for Turkey and the Turkic people, since the return of the noble name of the great son to the people, including the Turkic people, has an important historical meaning.
At the end of the presentation, the tape of the presented book was cut and it was announced that this monograph by Sholpan Zabikh would be translated into Turkish.
