The speaker was a well-known lawyer in the field of labor grass, scientist Ryskaliev Dauletbai Urazgalievich, who has been teaching at KazNU named after al-Farabi for more than 29 years. In 1991. he graduated from Kazakh State University named after S.M. Kirov with a degree in jurisprudence, qualification "lawyer", and in 2006. Graduated from Dulati TarSU with a degree in economics, qualification as an economist. He has a master's degree in law, in 2020 he graduated from a doctoral candidate PhD "jurisprudence" at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Advises on administrative, economic and production issues in government organizations and private companies. He held the position of the head of the legal department at the Al-Farabi KazNU, was directly involved in the creation of the Public Association "Professional Union" Parasat "of employees of the Al-Farabi KazNU", in the activities of various public associations and non-governmental organizations. Dauletbai Urazgalievich is the author of more than 70 scientific publications, including the edition of "Skopus". Participated in the compilation of the National Encyclopedia of the Republic of Kazakhstan (volumes II, III and IV), in the development of a number of draft laws, in particular, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the donation of blood and its components", "On water supply" and the preparation of by-laws; he developed educational and methodological complexes of disciplines, educational programs in the subjects: "Labor law", "Labor safety", "Labor organization and personnel management", as well as in the disciplines: "The practice of concluding employment contracts and other agreements", "Legal regulation activities of the Conciliation Commission for the consideration of individual labor disputes ”.
He was awarded: medal "10 years of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan"; state award, badge "Excellence in Justice"; international certificates - National Business Rating Agency "Specialist of 2013", National Business Rating Agency "Specialist 2015".
