On January 21-22, 2021, a webinar of the Committee on Legal Education of the Chamber of "Kazakhstan Bar Association" was held.

The event was moderated by Zabikh Sholpan Arapbaevna, Doctor of Law,Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law of Al FarabiKazNU, Chairman of the Committee on Legal Education of the Chamber of "Kazakhstan Bar Association".

This event covered a wide audience of practicing lawyers, members of KazBar, despite the fact that it was held on-line. The webinar was dedicated to an important topic today: "Topical issues of the practical application of labor legislation during a pandemic." Within two days, 8 (eight) hours, the lecturer revealed such topical issues as: work in remote mode; labor contract; labor discipline; disciplinary misconduct and disciplinary action; working hours and rest time and others. Ainur Kuanyshbekovna focused the participants' attention on specific norms of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, turned to international legislation and gave examples from practice. At the end of the event, a “live” conversation and exchange of views took place. Many additional questions were asked to the speaker, to which exhaustive answers were given. A characteristic feature of this event is that it is aimed at improving the qualifications of lawyers - members of KazBAR in the framework of Pro bono.
