On March 10, 2020, an educational event on the theme "Abay - akyndardyn asyly"was held at the Almaty regional boarding school for gifted children named after Humpty Smagulov in the framework of the celebration of the 175th anniversary of the great poet Abay Kunanbayev.The purpose of the event: to instill a love for Abay's creativity, to educate the younger generation a sense of morality, love for nature.
