"Burnout Syndrome"
November 21, 2019 under the guidance of associate professor of the department of pedagogy and educational management, candidate of pedagogical sciences Baktybaev Zh.Sh. in the framework of pedagogical practice, the second-year undergraduate student Nurmanova Khanzada conducted an open lecture on the subject “Social and pedagogical training” on the topic “Feedback in training: games based on feedback and psychotechnics” among 4th year students of the specialty “Social pedagogy and self-knowledge”. The lecture highlighted the role of feedback in learning; games and psychotechnics on the topic of the lecture were practically considered.Currently, there is emotional stress associated with failures in everyday life, work, study. In this regard, a training seminar on the topic "Burnout Syndrome" was held. During the training seminar, practical work was carried out, where students were acquainted with the level of stress tolerance, and actively showed themselves.
