November 23, 2018 in the framework of the innovative project "Aynalandy nurlandyr" 1st year students of specialty "Social pedagogy and self-knowledge" under the guidance of associate Professor of Ashekeyeva K.N. a discussion was held on the theme, "Еthical communication in the team". The purpose of this discussion is to determine the responsibility of each member of the team.  In the beginning of the event, students along with a Professor at Asekeevo K. N., dismantled concepts: types of communication, ethical norms, rules of coexistence in the team. Then, the participants were divided into three teams. The guys had to make posters with a code of communication, which they believe is necessary for collective coexistence. The students came up with the name of the teams and chose a representative from each team, who will protect the code of rules of communication developed by them in the team. The last event left a lot of positive emotions in the guys. It helped them to learn the basic ethical rules of behavior and communication in the team, as well as to understand that communication has its own specific norms and laws, performs many functions: the exchange and transmission of information, the formation of emotions, human knowledge, adjustment of relationships, joint activities, etc.
