Development of leadership skills and skills
November 9, 2018 in the framework of the project “Ainalandy nurlandyr”, a training was held on the topic: “Development of leadership skills and skills”. A training plan was developed, during the course of the training there were 2 year students. They showed the presentation, conducted various techniques (tests, discussion, games, etc.), discussed with students. Our tasks were:
• Determine the type of own leadership and learn to develop your strengths and eliminate weak
• Evaluate your leadership potential.
• Develop key leadership skills
• Learn to distinguish formal leadership from informal
