November 18, 2017 at 18.00 an educational event was held on the theme «Мен таңдаған мамандық...» on the basis of the project «Айналаңды нұрландыр» in the Assembly Hall of the student's house No. 9 of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science. The journalist of the republican newspaper «Ana tili» Abylaihan Zhumashev and the editor of the program «Kalaulym» Absattar Adil were invited to a meeting with students.

First, the guests of the event shared their secrets and the specifics of their chosen professions, then a discussion with the students took place.

During the meeting, students asked various kinds of questions, such as the responsibility of the journalist's profession, how different it is, whether it is difficult to be a journalist, etc. At the end of the meeting, the journalist of the republican newspaper «Ana tili» Abylaihan Zhumashev sang songs on the guitar with students.

The students were satisfied with the answers to their questions and were glad to hear advice on the choice of professions.
