School for all
On September 29 on department of pedagogics and educational management passed the first meeting of school of young teachers. The contents and a technique of development of educational and methodical complexes on subject matters of chair became a subject of discussion in which all young teachers who aren't occupied in educational process took part.
Professor of chair Madaliyeva Z.B. I stopped on problems and the main mistakes which are made usually by young teachers owing to insufficient experience.
"When determining the contents of such documents important not only formal compliance to the main requirements, - the head of school of the prof. Puzikov S.M.,-but also introduction into each recommendatory document own "I" noted, the individual emotional beginning that causes interest and motivates trainees already during acquaintance with documentation.
The exchange of opinions took place. Participants stated the offers. On concrete examples showed interesting finds, recommendations to drawing up syllabuses about separate training courses.
The meeting, undoubtedly, was useful to all colleagues. We invite in our close circle of all young teachers of other chairs!
