26 November - International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women
On November 27, 2018, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted a roundtable in support of the initiatives of the UN Secretary-General António Guterres on gender equality, timed to coincide with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. The organizer was the Union of Women KazNU, whose chairman is a corresponding member.
