October 26, 2018 at the faculty of philosophy and political science, students of 4th course of the specialty "Social work" , led by the curator of Kylyshpaeva B.N. was discussed annual address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N..Nazarbayev to people of Kazakhstan. Curatorial hour to support and promote the ongoing changes in the field of education and social policy was held in the format of a lively discussion.Speaking to the students, the curator of the School. she acquainted with the main aspects of the new Address of The leader of the nation and stressed that the current Address is a program of specific practical Affairs, which concerns all Kazakhstanis, drew attention to the President's idea "to become a developed competitive state, we must become a highly educated nation." Listing the ten main tasks facing Kazakhstan, the President places special emphasis on the active introduction of modern technologies in all spheres of life of Kazakhstan's society – industry, Finance, education.  Particular attention was focused on the concept of 4K - the development of creativity, critical thinking, communication skills and ability to work in a team.It is critical thinking that can prepare the spiritual and intellectual basis for large-scale changes in Kazakhstan's society.
