This literary event in the framework of the programme articles of President Nursultan Nazarbayev “Orientation to the future: spiritual revival” and “Seven facets of the Great Steppe” is dedicated to the revival of our memory, knowledge of our history, memory of the great life path of great personalities who worked and created in the name of their people and by their labour they won their native people's recognition. 

The classics of Kazakh literature, academicians and writers Sabit Mukanov and Gabit Musrepov with their rich spiritual heritage sought to create, promote, cognize and think for the benefit of future generations.

The guest of the evening was the academician of the International Academy of Aitmatov and the Academy of Social Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, doctor of philological sciences, professor of the Kazakh-Turkish University named after S. Demirel, laureate of the Kultegin Prize, Dandai Yskakkuly shared his thoughts on the great personalities of our great steppe, the continuity of generations, the continuity of traditions, the state of our native language, the awakening of spirit and consciousness, answered the numerous questions of the evening participants.

The evening was led by the poet, laureate of the International Literary Award “Alash”, candidate of philological sciences, head of the literary-memorial museum named after Sabit Mukanov and Gabit Musrepov Adilgazy Kairbekov.

The evening was attended by representatives of the intelligentsia, the museum and the library, students of the Almaty Transport College named after M. Tynyshpayev (head - Indira Khamidulina), as well as a doctoral student of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi Kudaibergenov Sergazy.
