October 7, 2016 at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science KazNU. Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in the framework of the project "The cult of healthy body" was a meeting with the doctor-narcologist of medical and social correction Almaty City Narcological center. During the meeting, the doctor-psychiatrist held a seminar on the topic "What is SPICE?".
