Excursion to the church «Cathedral of Christ the Savior in honor of the Nativity of Christ»
On September 30, the lecturer of the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Aizhan Kuderina and students of the 3rd year of the specialty of religious studies and students of the 1st year of the specialty of cultural studies within the discipline «Visual semiotics in the Christian tradition» in order to recognize the symbolism of the Christian religion, including the Orthodox direction, in the city of Almaty, he made a tour of the temple «The Cathedral of Christ the Savior in honor of the Nativity of Christ». The purpose of the event is to increase the horizons of knowledge of religious studies students in Christian theology.
