On September 12, the Senior Teacher of the Department of religious studies and cultural studies of the Faculty of philosophy and political science Moldir Esbolova with the participation of 3rd year students of the specialty of Cultural Studies held an educational event to watch the film "Amangeldy" as the first Kazakh cinema in Kazakhstan, dedicated to the day of Kazakh cinema. During the event, they talked about the first sound film in the history of Kazakhstan, shot in 1938 at Lenfilm by cinematographers of the Almaty Film Company.
