The Science Foundation held an online competition called Stop-Coronavirus. 141 applications were submitted to participate in the Competition, 39 were selected in the second round. The competition was held online. The authors presented and answered questions from the jury live. The broadcast was conducted on Facebook on the educational platform BILIM PLUS. The online format provided maximum transparency of the evaluation process and was supported by all participants.

According to the results of the jury’s assessment and “popular” voting, 2 projects of teachers of the Department of Analytical, Colloid Chemistry and Rare Elements Technology, “Production of disinfecting detergents to prevent the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection”, Mikhail Kasymovich Nauryzbaev and “Creation and use of personal protective equipment for hands” from biosafety and biodegradable material for mass use ”Tazhibaeva Sagadat Mederbekovny entered the number of winners.
