The employee of the department Zhanar Akimzhanova became the winner of the competition "The best by profession – 2022" among the employees of al-Farabi Kazakh National University. For active participation in the public life of the university Akimzhanova Zh.R. was awarded a "Letter of Thanks". Zhanar Akimzhanova is a graduate of KazNU in 2004, since 2016 she has been a highly qualified specialist of the department and a financially responsible person. Conducts educational and research workshops in the disciplines "Expertise of household goods" "Physico-chemistry of surfactants" in the specialty "Chemistry", "Fermentation technologies" in the specialty "Food Chemistry" and general colloidal chemistry in all specialties.

candidate of technical sciences Zhenisgul Bagasharova was awarded the badge "Kenshi danky" III degree ("Mining Glory" III degree) of the Committee for Industrial Development of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for a significant contribution to the development of the mining industry and mine construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan and active participation in the training of qualified personnel.

The winners of the competition "BEST UNIVERSITY TEACHER - 2020" were awarded by the Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan Aimagambetov Askhat.

150 people from 46 universities of the country became the winners of the competition "The Best University Teacher - 2020". Each won a grant of 5,834,000 tenge (2,000 MCI). For the first time, the selection of applicants and the procedure for checking documents was carried out in an online format.
