On November 27, in 2018 at the round table held at the Faculty of Pre-University Education of the Kazakh National University of al-Farabi on the topic: “Problems of adaptation of foreign students to the Kazakhstan education system”, by the leaders (G.A. Tastemirova, N.K. Matbek) and members of the “Young craftsman” section of the pre-university education department organized an exhibition “Handicrafts of Afghanistan”. Samples of the material culture of the Afghan people - household items were exhibited. The participants of the round table looked at home furnishings: embroidered original patterns, weaved Alash (carpets without a nap), patterned kashmy, etc. The members of the section "Young craftsman" provided information about how to make objects of national handicraft. National Handicraft is a field of art that represents the history of development, social and living conditions and the professional characteristics of people.
