The academic policy of the College is compiled on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" (No. 319-III of July 27, 2007 as amended by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan), the SES of the Republic of Kazakhstan (PP of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2018 No. 604) and (Order of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 23, 2021 No. 362). Standard rules of activity of educational organizations implementing educational programs of technical and vocational education, Rules of organization of the educational process on credit technology (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 152 dated April 20, 2011 with amendments dated June 2, 2014 by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 198), Standard Rules for the ongoing monitoring of Academic Performance, Intermediate and Final certification of students in Higher Educational Institutions (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 18, 2008 No. 125 with amendments dated August 29, 2013 No. 360), Rules for the organization and implementation of educational and methodological work (November 29, 2007, No. 583, etc. regulatory and instructional documents and orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as internal regulatory documents.
The academic policy of the college determines the order of organization of the credit system of training educational programs. The document includes the procedure for registering students to attend training sessions; conducting current, boundary control, intermediate certification; organizing the passage of all types of practices by students; rules for transferring, restoring, expelling students; granting academic leave; assessing the level of professional readiness and qualification; final certification, etc.
Scientific activities are carried out within the framework of research projects, preparation, publication, presentations at international and national scientific forums, student scientific events.
