1. To evaluate modern theoretical concepts in translation studies and the paradigm shift in the development of the science of translation in the context of modern linguistic and literary, philological and interdisciplinary research.
2. To conduct an independent scientific research on the basis of modern conceptual theories of translation and system analysis methods to achieve the integrity of the translation perception and translation process.
3. To apply innovative teaching methods in higher education for organizing and planning self-study to identify systemic signs of the integrity of the translation; equivalence and adequacy at the level of the semantics of the word; multiplicity and variability of interpretation of the text.
4. To prepare and simulate educational texts for the development of translation competence in the use of systemic, philological, anthropocentric, semiotic, ethno-linguistic and psycholinguistic analyses.
5. To put forward new hypotheses and conceptual ideas for solving text perception problems, a holistic strategy and norms of translation and publish the results in authoritative scientific journals. Conduct a comparative analysis of the roles of the translator (interpreter, author, coauthor, creator) for an objective assessment of the translation.
6. To integrate interdisciplinary knowledge of psycholinguistics, ethnolinguistics and other humanities when planning translational studies and strategies to assess the integrity, harmony, usefulness, equivalence, adequacy and quality of translation.
7. To publicly present and substantiate our own methodological developments in forecasting adequate translation, taking into account ethno-linguistic and ethno-cultural factors, and developing objective scientific criteria for evaluating translation texts. Generate new ideas when solving translation problems in interdisciplinary areas of the science.
8. To integrate anthropocentric and competence-based approaches in the methods of teaching and training translators and develop teaching translation exercises that include translation, intercultural and interlanguage communicative situations for the development of the intellectual and creative potential of the translator's activities.
9. To develop your own concept of teaching translation and orient the learning process of translation from identifying ways to translate educational material to methods for solving typical translation problems and a strategy for finding individual creative solutions.
10. To conduct an objective examination with the use of integrated translation analysis methods and comment on the quality of translation in accordance with established translation standards. To evaluate the communicative situations of the customer, the author of the source text and the recipient of the translation text within the framework of the respective cultures and, on the basis of this analysis, formulate an expert opinion.
11. To effectively manage the company; to coordinate research and work activities of the team; strategically direct the development of your business unit and build promising customer relationships; adapt to the rapidly changing situation in the labor market.
12. To develop your own long-term program of personal growth; be aware of the social responsibility of the science of translation and education; to multiply the achievements of modern translation science with new conceptual ideas that are significant for the global and domestic scientific community; build a successful career as a researcher, university lecturer, expert and company leader.
