International Scientific Conference of

Students and Young Scientists

"Farabi Alemi"

(April 6-8, 2021)

The Faculty of International Relations invites you to take part in the International Conference of Students and Young Scientists "Farabi Alemi", which will be held from April 6-8, 2021.

Students, undergraduates, young scientists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, CIS countries and far abroad are invited to participate in the conference.

Main goals and objectives of the conference:

1) stimulating research and educational and cognitive activities of students;

2) involvement of students and young scientists in solving scientific problems of our time;

3) disclosure of creative abilities, selection and support of the most talented and gifted students;

4) promoting the formation of students ' intellectual potential;

All expenses related to participation in the conference are paid by the participants.

The conference will discuss topical issues of modern international relations of economics and law.

The working languages of the International Conference are Kazakh, Russian, and English.

Within the framework of the conference on April 6-8, 2021, the following events will be held::

  • Breakout sessions
  • Round tables, including international and online round tables
  • Debates
  • Essay contests
  • Meetings with representatives of the diplomatic corps, prominent scientists, politicians, lawyers and economists.

Abstracts of the conference materials will be published in a separate collection.

Applications and abstracts are accepted in paper and electronic form by the conference secretaries until March 25, 2021.

The materials received by the Organizing Committee are published in the conference collection, as well as on the Internet on the official website of KazNU.

Abstracts should be written as follows:

For undergraduate students:

  • Volume of 1-3 pages
  • Microsoft Word 2007-2016
  • Page parameters: top margin-2 cm, bottom margin-2 cm, left margin-3 cm, right margin-1.5 cm
  • Font Times New Roman, KZ Times New Roman; font size-12pt
  • Single line spacing; paragraph indentation-1 cm; portrait orientation; no headers and footers; text is aligned to the width;
  • Abstracts should not contain graphs, tables, figures, or photographs
  • In addition to the abstracts, the file must also contain information about the authors (application for participation); please name the file with your last name

For undergraduates and doctoral students:

  • Volume 3-6 pages
  • Microsoft Word 2007-2016
  • Page parameters: top margin-2 cm, bottom margin-2 cm, left margin-3 cm, right margin-1.5 cm
  • Times New Roman font, KZ Times New Roman; font size-12pt

The Conference Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject reports submitted outside the main areas of the conference and to publish abstracts that do not meet the above requirements. The Organizing Committee does not suggest editing the text of the abstracts.

No more than three abstracts are accepted from one author.
