50 international scientific and methodological conference dedicated to the 1150th anniversary of al-Farabi.
On February 12, 2020, the 50th anniversary international scientific and methodological conference on "Modern interpretation of the pedagogical concept of al-Farabi in the conditions of digitalization of education"was held at the al-Farabi KazNU College in Order to exchange experience and develop recommendations for improving the teacher's competencies in the conditions of digitalization.
13 College teachers took part in the work of the College section "Digitalization of education – the way to learn new knowledge".
In the course of the session, the moderator introduced the speakers, after which an active discussion took place, which brought animation and aroused the interest of the audience. The teachers listened to all the reports with interest and attention. They asked questions, which proved that the reports were relevant, informative and useful. All reports were accompanied by multimedia presentations, the content of which reflected the main provisions of the reports.
Also, suggestions were made to questions raised in the context of trends in the digital transformation of the education system. Projects such as the Digital school were discussed. In our view, College education should also focus on the use of new digital technologies.
