The staff of the College

College KazNU – a high level of education.

College-a structural unit of the University, which trains specialists in technical and vocational education.

The head of country Nursultan Nazarbayev attaches high priority to the formation of new professional education in Kazakhstan, because the training of highly qualified workers and mid – level specialists is one of the tasks that will ensure sustainable economic development of the country. Taking into account the new course "Kazakhstan - 2050", the President instructed the government, since 2013, to ensure the development of engineering education and modern technical specialties with the assignment of international certificates.

College KazNU was founded in 2002 by Kazakh national University named after al-Farabi, according to the resolution of the academic Council of KazNU of July 4, 2002. No. 10. In 2011, the College was included in the structure of the faculty of pre-University education.

The main task of the College was the qualified training of future specialists in demand in the labor market of Kazakhstan. Our structural unit at the most important University of the country plays a leading role in the formation and development of pre-University multi-level educational system. In the educational process of the College uses modern teaching methods using modern information and communication and innovative technologies. Their use in the educational process is aimed at improving the quality of training, the formation of General professional and subject-methodical competence, strengthening the role of independent work, optimization of control of educational achievements of students. The mission of our College is to prepare competent, competitive specialists with high civil and moral qualities.

At the end of the College, a state diploma is issued, graduates can continue their education in Kazakh National University on related specialties with a shortened period of study.

The College provides training on the basis of 9 and 11 classes in the following specialties: Law; Finance; Computer science and software; Information systems; Accounting and Audit; Interpretation . Training is conducted in the state and Russian languages.

Since January 2012, the College is headed by Ph. D., associate Professor Nurkanova Raikhan Orazbekovna . Also Involved in the founding of our college are Ph. D. Isaeva Zauresh Abdrazakovna, Ph. D. zhadanov Clara Hamitovna, Phys.N. Karimov, Beibitkul Sarsembekovna, Moldahanov Talgat .Urazalievich.

Description of activity

The College is academic, fully integrated into the structure of the University, which gives the following advantages:

* availability of a common socio-cultural, scientific and information space;

* communication with students and teachers of the University, contributing to a more informed professional choice of future specialty;

* the educational process is provided mainly by University teachers;

* the possibility of close acquaintance of students with the activities of faculties, departments and research laboratories.

EDUCATIONAL-METHODICAL WORK

Education in the College is based on curricula and programs of academic disciplines, developed in accordance with the experiment on the introduction of experimental educational programs. The educational process in the College is provided by highly qualified teaching staff, most of whom are candidates of Sciences, teachers of the highest qualification category.

The main purpose of educational and methodical work is to provide a high level of theoretical knowledge and professional skills, as well as their successful application in practice.

Questions of improvement of educational process and improvement of quality of knowledge are considered at meetings of the cyclic commissions, pedagogical and methodical councils. The College has cycle commissions on General education, legal, economic and linguistic disciplines. The students of the College take active part in annually held by the city, Republican and international Olympiads and scientific projects competitions; conferences held in the College, the faculty and the University.

When training specialists with technical and professional education in the dual form of training, as well as to consolidate, deepen and systematize the knowledge gained in the process of theoretical training, students undergo professional practice at the enterprises: the administration of courts, the DIA of Almaty, the police Department, the Prosecutor's office, Kazakhtelecom, Almatyenergotehnoservis, Almaty branch of JSC SB "LARIBA Bank", JSC "Oil insurance company", LLP "Rich Company LTD", JSC "Eurasian Bank", Sberbank, etc.

The College provides all the necessary conditions for obtaining in-depth knowledge, has equipped classrooms, computer classes, a library with a reading room and a book Fund, audio-visual equipment, modern technical means of education, the Internet.

EDUCATIONAL WORK

A feature of the organization of educational work in the College is to create conditions for the formation of personal qualities of the student: leadership, self-esteem. The formation of the optimal environment for self-realization of the individual predetermined the need to create a self-governing body. We chose the form of maslikhat as the closest to real life. Orientation to morality, high culture of behavior and communication, as well as the implementation of the principle of freedom of choice are the most important factors and conditions of all educational work in the College.

The College provides a variety of activities for students .They Became traditional holidays: "day of knowledge" , "day of languages of the people of Kazakhstan", "Dedication of freshmen", "Autumn ball", "New year's masquerade ball", are solemnly celebrated, Independence Day, Nauryz, etc.College Students are active participants of regional, city, Republican competitions of talented youth. Our students are permanent members of the University League KVN, operates a student choir of 100 students. Since 2009, among the 14 faculties of the University College-multiple winner (Grand Prix, I place) in the competition "Student spring". Every year traditionally organized student sports day on mini-football, basketball, chess, tennis and badminton.
