"The current state and development prospects of law science in European Union: the case of France"
17.10.14 Departments of International Law and Diplomatic Translation of al Farabi University conducted the international scientific-practical seminar "The current state and development prospects of law science in European Union: the case of France» at the Faculty of International Relations. The main reporter was Dr. Philippe Achellieas (University Paris Sud), Director of the Institute Space and Telecommunication Law. More than 50 professors and master students took an active part in the seminar from different universities of Almaty.
The aim is to search solutions of modern research problems as well as practical and scientific also to disseminate practical and theoretical knowledge among researchers, professors, master and PhD students.
All participants were involved into discussions on actual topics: International information on cyber law, Freedom of information, Protection of cultural diversity, Regulations of illicit content. International and European Law on telecommunication, General principles of telecommunication law, Telecommunication network and services regulations; Difficulties in translation of law texts.
