In October 2021, the discussion club «Leх» was opened on the basis of the Department of International Law of the FMO.This is the first student club that unites all international students of the faculty. Our club is aimed at mutually beneficial cooperation with debate clubs of other faculties of KazNU.Al-Farabi and other Universities of Kazakhstan.

The main goals of the discussion club «Leх»:

• ·       Organization of student research and educational work among students of 1-4 courses of the specialty «International Law», and holding events of scientific and educational plan at the Faculty of International Relations;
• ·       Involvement of students in research works in the field of national and international law;
• ·       Assistance in the preparation and participation of student scientific papers in the field in scientific competitions, student scientific conferences of national and international level;
• ·      

The tasks of the «Lex» SDC are:

• ·       Holding meetings of the scientific club and discussing topical issues of modern legal science within the framework of international and national law;
• ·       Teaching students methods of conducting research work;
• ·       Hearing and discussion of students' scientific papers on specific topics at club meetings;
• Assistance in improving the level of scientific training of students, through counseling, practical recommendations.
