Writing borrowed words does not lose its relevance at all stages of the study of Kazakh spelling. This problem became especially acute when switching to Latin. Firstly, the Director of the Institute, Ph. D. Anar Fazylzhan made a report on the topic "Principles of spelling of borrowed words in the new alphabet". After that, the leading researcher of the Institute, Ph. D. Nazira Amirzhanova made a report on the topic: "Kazakh writing in Latin script: problems of codification of borrowed words".

As experts from the Republic of Turkey, the round table was attended by Professor of the University of EGE, PhD Mustafa Oner and Professor of the University of Haji Bayram Veli, PhD Julia Kasapoglu. Each report was discussed by experts and participants of the round table. During the discussion, valuable information related to the experience of Turkey and other Turkic countries in the development of borrowed words was announced. Participants are confident that this information will help us make our work on the development of borrowed words more productive in the run-up to the spelling reform in the country.

They also expressed confidence that there will be a lot of such events in the near future.
