Students of the Department of Turksoy showed Turkish culture at the Open Day of the Faculty of Oriental Studies
On April 11, 2024, 1st-2nd year students of the Department of Turksoy of the Faculty of Oriental Studies surprised and impressed the guests at the Open Day with their speech dedicated to Turkish culture. The event took place on the territory of the Faculty of Oriental Studies and attracted the attention of students from high schools and colleges in Almaty, as well as representatives of embassies, consulates and foreign companies.Students presented a defile of Turkish national clothing, demonstrating the richness and beauty of traditional dresses. In addition, guests of the event had the opportunity to enjoy national sweets of Turkish cuisine. This kind of event allowed guests to plunge into the atmosphere of oriental hospitality and enjoy authentic tastes.The purpose of the event was to introduce future applicants to the Faculty of Oriental Studies.
