On 10.05.2023, an open lesson was held on the topic "Türklerdeki bayram kültürü" on the subject "workshop on intercultural communication" with students of the 2nd year of foreign philology.The culture of the holiday in the Turkish people. An open lesson on the topic "The importance of tea and coffee in Turkish culture" was held. The open lesson presented the history of tea and coffee, where in many countries and cultures they are known as "Turkish coffee" and have become an integral part of the daily life of Turkish culture, as well as the spread of tea and coffee in Turkey. The students were told the story of "Turkish coffee". The students were shown how to properly prepare Turkish coffee, after which everyone was treated to a cup of coffee.
