Poetry Evening
The Turkish week was held on March 13-17, 2023 with the organization of the Turksoy Department of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of KazNU. al-Farabi. The 4th day of the week was devoted to reading Turkish poetry among students. In the poetry evening, which took place on March 16, 2023, in addition to students of the Department of the Turkic Faculty of Oriental Studies, students of the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after A. Abylaikhan and Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical University. In the evening, more than 30 poems by Turkish poets were read and evaluated by the jury.
The 1st place was taken by Zharkynbek Zhanbota, a student of the Department of the Turkic Faculty of Oriental Studies of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi, the 2nd place was taken by students Mukhidin Guldana and Ergasheva Mavlyuda, the 3rd place was taken by Tileu Aruzhan, Tulibek Rakhima and Serikbai Karashash.
