"99 years of the Republic of Turkey"
On October 27, a solemn event "99 years of the Republic of Turkey" was held atthe Azerbaijani Center of the TURKSOY Department.
The solemn event was opened by the Acting Dean of the Faculty, Ph.D., AssociateProfessor of Em Natalia Borisovna. She analyzed the development path of Turkey from the beginning of the twentieth century to the present, emphasizing theimportant political role of Turkey in the Middle East and emphasizing theinviolability of Kazakh-Turkish friendship. And the head of the department of TURKSOY PhD Gabdullin Kenzhebek Tolepbergenovich spoke about the tiesbetween Turkey and Kazakhstan.
The event was attended by guests from the Turkey, Kirsehir city Osman Kabadayi and Jeren Kabadayi, Turkish teachers PhD Selenay Koshumju, PhD Nureddin Chakir, the teaching staff of the TURKSOY department and students.
Students of the TURKSOY department read excerpts from the appeal to theTurkish youth and patriotic speeches of the founder of the Turkey Republic and the great commander of the twentieth century, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. Patriotic Turkish songs were sung and patriotic poems were read at the gala evening. The event was organized by the curator-adviser Zh. A. Abeldayev and Selenay Koshumju.
