2nd year doctoral student of the Department of Computational Sciences and Statistics Marat Gauhar, under the guidance of Professor Julien Berger, completed a research internship at the LaSIE Laboratory of the University of La Rochelle, La Rochelle, France, from January 4 to February 17.

This scientific internship was conducted as part of his doctoral work plan on the topic "development of a method for finding thermophysical parameters of a material based on a nonlinear hyperbolic equation of thermal conductivity and creation of a machine learning program".

In the LaSIE laboratory, Marat Gauhar was engaged in the quantitative substantiation of the analytical solution of the hyperbolic equation, the preparation of a calculation program and the calculation of sensitivity coefficients.During the internship, Marat Gauhar successfully coped with the tasks set and showed good practical and theoretical knowledge. He participated in a seminar of professors at the University of La Rochelle and defended one of the graduate students.

He was able to show that his doctoral work has relevant and practical value.
