WHAT IS BEHIND THE FASHIONABLE WORD "STARTUP"?

As part of the events of the Department of Management, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a leadership online lecture by Chingis Akedilovich Nurkhanov "Features of the implementation of start-up projects in the modern economy" was held.

The lecturer found grateful and attentive listeners in the person of teachers and students of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd courses of the specialties "management", "state and local government".

At the moment, in Kazakhstan, we are witnessing the growth of start-up projects, especially in the field of IT-technologies, in which Ch.A. Nurkhanov. Of course, startups are born in all industries and spheres, but recently it is “IT” that dominate. Almost any new business goes through the startup stage, which is called the search for an effective business model.

The speaker shared his own experience in implementing a startup project from idea to commercialization and sale of his products. At the moment, he is the founder and CEO of Inter Connect, which provides services for the automation of production management, crypto-operations and the creation of software applications.

During the online lecture, students willingly asked questions: about the basics of mining, capital for a startup, about the possibility of making money on the cryptocurrency market, about buying shares. At the end of his speech, the speaker wished the students not to give up on the way to achieving their goal, to be disciplined, enterprising, go in for sports and self-education. After all, as the entrepreneur said in the conclusion: "Every successful person made himself." Ch.A. Nurkhanov does not stop there, he constantly learns. She is currently working on her doctoral dissertation as a doctoral student at the Department of Management.
