"The role of a woman's rural doctor"

     There is an acute shortage of medical personnel in the world today, and Kazakhstan is no exception. If the situation is more or less tolerable in large cities, then in some villages there may often not even be a doctor. In this regard, various measures are being taken to provide social support and motivation to medical workers arriving in rural settlements.The position of women in society has been an urgent problem for a long time. They are trying to solve it in all spheres of life - economics, culture, various sciences, and, of course, in medicine.. Now, when we come to medical institutions, we meet a huge number of female doctors and do not even think that it was difficult to imagine such a thing before. Now women perform the most difficult operations, occupy the highest positions around the world. About 80% of the total number of healthcare workers are women. Graduates of medical universities and colleges were attracted by the conditions, place of residence and the opportunity to gain the necessary experience. In addition, a lifting allowance and a salary supplement for work in rural areas are provided for them. They are also provided with rental housing and a subsidy for the further purchase of their own living space. All this has made the profession of a rural doctor more attractive. Among the latest changes is a lifting allowance in the amount of one hundred times the MCI for medical workers who arrived to work and live in villages. The corresponding order of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2023 No. 126 comes into force on July 14, 2023.
