The purpose of the educational program "Economics (International Trade)" is to train professional teaching staff in the field of economics who have the abilities of a whole examination and methodological literacy, which are necessary for solving abstract and practical economic problems as well as in theoretical and analytical fields of work. The program is focused on the development of a highly qualified person of an expert who can:

- to understand and explain the methods of analytical activity;

- to take part in the preparation and organization of events of the company's commercial, investment, production policy in the field of foreign trade and global business;

- to create, implement and amend the methods of analytical activity, the ability to properly understand various socio-financial, socio-political and exorbitant situations;

- to investigate and summarize the statistical sample according to the main macroeconomic indicators in order to create a linear model and trend;

- to make a forecast of the situation of the country and/or region, to evaluate the investigated model of increase according to the hypotheses (H1 and H0) of reliability and unreliability of statistical data in order to achieve adequacy in the model.

The program was invented on the basis of the competence model of expert training, which guarantees the necessity of the labor market and the conditions of employers. This model assumes a representation of the core competencies of graduates, the degree of their preparedness and readiness to perform certain special functions.

Learning outcomes

1. to argue strategies for providing economic security to companies, institutions; to assess the nature of cyclicity as well as the general form of economic dynamics and the system of "maturation" of economic decline; to compare statistical and economic documentation in order to implement studies of strategic and timely projects of organizations to establish competitive advantages;
2. create suitable trends of the company's investment work, diversify it, in order to model economic results; evaluate key trends in the formation of the international and state economy and investigate the results of the administrative conclusions adopted, take part in the organization and conduct of the company's commercial, investment, production policy in the field of foreign trade and international business;
3. to study statistical and economic documentation to explain the changes in the economy in a complete or a single area, using an economic and mathematical model; to evaluate the investment work of the company using static and dynamic methods of evaluating investments to adopt effective strategies and increase competitiveness;
   calculate economic indicators that determine the work of subjects on the basis of standard methods and a functioning regulatory framework;

5. To investigate, classify and apply various lists of data sources in order to perform financial and economic calculations, without the help of others to use methods of paper processing, accumulation of data in synthetic and analytical accounting registers, to create statistical, tax and financial statements; to apply methods of evaluation and modeling of economic indicators that determine the position and formation of the economic concepts under consideration;

6. To summarize and skeptically evaluate the results acquired by Russian and foreign scientists, to detect and study important academic difficulties, to argue the abstract and factual importance of the chosen problem of academic study; to compare and compare the created monitoring modifications according to the financial increase of the state or the sale of the company's product in order to establish ways to improve;

7. to argue on the basis of consideration the strategy of action of economic entities in different sectors of the internal and external markets at long-term, medium-term and short-term stages; to apply unified abstract models to the tasks of a certain plan; to use models for the purpose of scenario modeling of the formation of the economies of the metropolis and the district and the execution of empirical estimates based on the present data;

8. to distinguish the multifunctional and possible properties of economic resources and conditions, required actions of economic activity; to investigate the dynamics of economic characteristics and adapt them to the current state of the economy and the effectiveness of the introduction of the latest technical and technological processes; to illustrate the skills of activity with informative resources, educational and reference literature according to national and economic security;

9. classify the rapid economic information required to make the right administrative conclusions both on the household, as well as on companies to counter threats and dangers; reveal the similarities and differences of investments in small companies and in company shares; select tempting investments during financing; evaluate the work of attracting investments to form a company;

10. use technologies for preparing initial information to perform econometric analysis, apply modern industrial resources and informative technological processes to solve analytical and research problems; select instrument resources for processing economic information in accordance with the established problem, study the results of calculations and argue the acquired conclusions;

11. to apply various measures in actual work according to the stimulation of attracting investments and to establish an indicator of investment attractiveness; to use various combinations to explain the course of contracting, to compare various institutional structures; to explain political and economic difficulties when considering certain situations and macroeconomic trends, to present methods of their resolution and evaluate the results; to investigate and argue the economic policy of the country.

12. apply the knowledge of the economic security of the company, explore the conditions of economic existence; argue your own point of view on improving the economic capital of an economic entity in oral and written configurations in Kazakh, Russian and foreign languages in order to solve the problems of professional work; manage a team in the field of commerce, capturing social, confessional differences and the historical heritage of the country..
