Purpose

The aim of the educational program is to prepare the national, territorial and sectoral levels; the use of methods of organizational, functional, economic analysis in the public sector; to develop in masters creative masters who know the theory and have practical skills in the development of public policy on the approach to the development and implementation of public policy in various areas of the economy.

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of this program, undergraduates are expected to be able to:

1. to form and solve problems that arise in the course of carrying out research work, to determine the scientific validity, unity and integrity, the balance of interaction between the state and civil society institutions; analyze mistakes made in the development and implementation of state policy, be able to apply regulatory tools when making managerial decisions;

2. to create multivariate coordination solutions in the field of socio-economic development of the country and regions (regions) based on the analysis and assessment of development criteria and indicators, prepare information and analytical materials, form conclusions on the projects submitted;

3. to form the goals of state policy in the interests of society and the state, taking into account socially significant tasks, creating conditions for their achievement, to develop new tools for interaction between state power and society;

4. draw up plans for the socio-economic development of the state in terms of financial, social, regional economic, structural policy, apply strategic management tools in the system of state power;

5. to carry out strategic directions of state policy based on the results of analysis of the development of socio-economic, socio-political, socio-cultural life of the state and, to assess the economic efficiency of allocated and used resources for socio-economic development;

6. form a forecast of medium and long-term plans for the development of public policy, be able to analyze, forecast and plan economic programs for the main types of components of the public policy system;

7. to subdivide the tasks and priorities of state policy in areas depending on the nature and content of problems and issues that need to be addressed by the authorities in a particular area of ​​public life, to determine the priority areas of the economic interests of the state;

8. draw up plans for the socio-economic development of the state in the areas of regional economic, agricultural, foreign economic; find and make organizational management decisions, own modern methods of diagnostics, analysis and problem solving, as well as methods of decision making;

9. to form the main directions of the implementation of state policy as information and analytical, scientific, legal, financial, personnel, material and technical and technological;

10. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of problems, taking into account their specifics and factors influencing the problems, be able to determine the goals and objectives of the policy, choose the main directions and develop measures to solve a particular problem.

Academic activities

The academic activities of the EP are carried out:

- within the framework of existing regulatory documents and guidelines in the field of higher education in the field of biological sciences,

- as a result of the implementation of regulations governing the educational and methodological process at the university;

- generalization and dissemination of new normative legal acts concerning methodological work;

- current and long-term planning of educational and methodological work of the university; coordination of the educational and methodological complex of the discipline (UMKD) of the department for compliance with regulatory legal acts, the working curriculum and the educational program;

- monitoring the provision of the educational process with educational and methodological materials, documenting the results;

- development of teaching materials; development and implementation of a working curriculum
