On 14 March, our faculty hosted a city scientific seminar “Differential Operators and Their Applications”, organized by the Institute of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling. At the seminar led by Academician of the NAS RK M. Otelbaev, Academician of the NAS RK T.Sh. Kalmenov, professor B.E. Kanguzhin, corresponding member of the NAS RK M.A. Sadybekov Mukhtarbay Otelbaev presented the report “Mathematical problems related to stability during an earthquake”. The seminar was attended by teachers of the department and undergraduates, doctoral students, as well as foreign colleagues.
