On October 4, 2022, a training seminar was held with the participation of the Regional Director of QS Sergey Vladimirovich Khristolyubov. The issues of the university's global competitiveness and collaboration with leading foreign universities were discussed. 6 mix focus groups were also organized to improve QS indicators. Teachers in focus groups shared their opinions in discussions among themselves and identified ways to improve performance in the direction of the task.

The task of our mix focus group was ways to improve the mechanism of cooperation with domestic employers, where we considered 3 issues: 1. What are the mechanisms of cooperation with domestic employers? 2. How to ensure the correlation of labor market requirements with the graduate model? 3. How to evaluate the effectiveness of cooperation between departments and employers?

This developing training, conducted under the guidance of the Vice-rector for Academic Affairs F.N. Zhakypova, not only immersed the teaching staff in topical issues, but also contributed to the development of a pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the university staff.
