On December 10, Afghan students studying at the Department of Pre-university Training visited the Al-Farabi Library located on the Kaznu campus, where they got acquainted with interesting facts. This library is the information, educational and cultural center of the University. Students studying at the preparatory department of the Faculty of Pre-university Education visited the Museum of Biological Sciences located in the biofac. During the trip, the listeners received a lot of interesting things.
On 06.12.2022, a scientific and practical conference "actual problems of combating corruption" was held, dedicated to the International Day Against Corruption. Teachers and students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of pre-university education took part in the conference and received answers to their questions.
As part of the Eureka circle, students of the physics and mathematics groups of our department visited the Physics and Technology Faculty of our university as future applicants. They got acquainted with the main laboratories at the Department of Thermophysics and Technical Physics, saw installations and tools for conducting physical experiments. In addition, they visited Samsung Innovation Campus and got acquainted with the ongoing research in the laboratory of creophysics. We also received advice on the specialties of the faculty and on various areas of physics.
Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Dean of the Faculty of Pre-University Education, Ph.D., Associate Professor Sabit Kurmanzhanovich Suatay held a “leadership lecture". The leadership continued with the song of the poet Bakhyt Bedelkhanovich, guest of the lecture, author of the books “Time and Happiness”, “Wide World”, “Heart of Time”, “Temiren”, winner of the International Literary Award ”Alash". The charm of a wonderful evening was warmed up by the stars of art. In the evening, the students of the Department of pre-university training took an active part in reading the poet's poems, shared their experience on the poet's path and wished the young poets to remain strong and talented.
On November 30, within the framework of the circle "Zhas tarihshylar", an intellectual and educational competition was held on the topic "Educated generation is the key to the future". Students of groups 7, 9 summed up the results of the medieval period of Kazakhstan. The competition was interesting and exciting.
