367 students were enrolled at the Department of Pre-university Training in the 2023-2024 academic year under the state educational order. Among them, representatives of the Kazakh diaspora from near and far abroad -290, 47 foreign students, within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding in the field of higher education and science between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Higher Education of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan dated August 17, 2017 - 30 students.

The event dedicated to the International Museum Day on May 18 was attended by students of the Department of Pre-university Training of KazNU.Al-Farabi, Faculty of Pre-university Education.The peculiarity of today's event is that before the creation of the Faculty of Pre-university Education of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, more than 7000 foreigners from more than 100 countries of the world are currently studying. Graduates of the faculty who study the language and hone their knowledge are currently working fruitfully in different parts of the world in their countries, international organizations, embassies, in the field of education and science.Purpose of the event:1. increasing the audience's interest in museums, propaganda.2. to acquaint with the deep history and scientific, spiritual values and cultural traditions of the educational institution of the country. 3. popularization of attractive expositions and valuable artifacts in the chimney.

Students of the Department of pre-university training received information about specialties, creative exams and preparatory courses of the international educational corporation - KAZGASА and educational institutions of KAU

Students studying in the biology group at the Department of Pre-university Training visited the Department of Anatomy of the Medical University. Asfendiyarova and visited the museum.

At the Department of pre-university training, students of the Kazakh diaspora (candas) from abroad passed the next test (test). As the passing of the UNT approaches, the requirements and responsibilities for students are strengthened. Until that time, the students performed UNT tests with a book, and today they started practicing sitting in front of a computer. Our goal is to train students' psychological readiness to prepare for the UNT and increase the level of knowledge, skills and abilities.

An educational hour on the topic "academic policy of kaznu" was held with the students of the 15th group of the Department of pre-university training. During the lesson, a brief history of the university was presented, explanatory work was carried out with the principles of academic policy and future students of Kaznu on the topics of the Bologna process, credit technology of education, acceptance of documents and admission of students to educational programs of higher education (bachelor's degree), topics of internal and foreign policy of the university as a whole were discussed. We hope that future young people will be able to share their thoughts, clearly formulate their goals and systematically plan their future.

The listeners of the group visited the gorge "Sharyn", organized by the club "Local History" of the Department of pre-university training.

Saltanat Zlikha, a student of the Department of Pre-university Training of the Faculty of Pre-university Education, took part in the competition "Farabi arui 2023". Our beautiful participant performed well in the competition and became one of the best. Zlikha won the nomination "Kylykty kyz" at the beauty contest and won a certificate contract for 2 years with the fashion house "Mulan".Teachers and students of our department supported Zlikha at the competition.

A forum of foreign students "FARABI MADE US FRIENDS" was held in the Palace of Students named after U. Zholdasbekov. The forum was attended by faculty members of the Faculty of Pre-university Education, the Department of Pre-university Training, curators of groups and foreign students from Iran, China, Mongolia, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Uzbekistan.
