On September 22, 2022, students of the faculty were lucky enough to meet with Ayymdos Ersayynovich. The outstanding diplomat attracted the attention of young students from the very beginning of the lecture. The diplomat's lecture "Memoirs of a diplomat: what is the baggage of being a diplomat in a global unstable era?" and he assessed the instability and volatility of the geopolitical situation in the modern world, threats and challenges of various forms caused by the rapid spread of these phenomena in the context of globalization. Being the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Armenia, he always heard a lot from representatives of the academic society on the topic of "Desht-i-Kipchak", noted that the State Archive of Armenia has a large number of sources containing information about the Kipchaks of the Middle Ages. "Kazakhstan needs to recognize the CIS countries even more widely," he concluded.

At the end of the lecture, Ayymdos Yersayynovich shared with the students his experience, which showed the professional diplomat about the necessary behavior, about the most important abilities. To become a peacemaker diplomat, the younger generation needs to master the "knowledge" of two different forms. The first "deep knowledge" is the knowledge that we collect in order to better master our profession. The second "large-scale education" is the knowledge that we collect about our profession. According to the diplomat, a young specialist who has managed to combine these two types of knowledge has a bright future.
