First-year master's students from the Department of Mechanics, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Alina Abdidin, Kuralai Eldoskyzy, Nazerke Momysheva, and Beket Bodau, presented their papers at the VII World Congress of Mathematicians of the Turkic World (TWMS Congress-2023), which took place in the city of Turkistan from September 20 to September 23, 2023, with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the administration of Turkistan Region, and the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasawi (IKTU).

The main purpose of the congress was to strengthen international scientific relations and cooperation, as well as to promote the development of mathematical science and the application of mathematical achievements and information technologies in scientific research, engineering, and education.

A group of scientists from 21 countries actively exchanged knowledge and experiences during the congress. As part of the event, a guided tour of the historical landmarks of Turkistan was also organized.
