From 03 June to 05 July 2019, acting Professor of the Department of Mechanics, Ph.D., associate Professor Zhumasheva Zh. successfully completed advanced training courses under the training program for international teachers "Engineering Pedagogy", which was organized by the International Society of Engineering Pedagogy (IGIP), the Kazakhstan Association for Engineering Education (KAZSEE) and Al-Farabi KazNU at the Institute for Professional Development and Additional Education of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in the amount of 20 ECTS credits.

Upon completion of the course, documents were submitted to the International Society of Engineering Pedagogy (IGIP) for the title of "International engineering educator" through the Kazakhstan National Monitoring Committee IGIP. Based on the results of consideration of documents Zhumasheva Zh. awarded the title of "International engineering educator" by the International Society for Engineering Pedagogy.
