Doctoral student of the Department of Mechanics of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi Naukenova Altynay became the winner of the competition "Scientific internships in the laboratories of the world" of the Shakhmardan Yessenov Science and Education Foundation.

The program provides 17 grants for summer internships in leading scientific and research laboratories of the world, lasting up to 3 months and is aimed at supporting talented Kazakhstani students and active scientific workers who wish to obtain a PhD degree and engage in scientific activities in Kazakhstan in the future.

The grant amount is $ 7,500.

Under the terms of the competition, out of 17 grants, 10 were allocated to students of 2-3 courses of bachelor's degree, 7 grants to students of the last year of bachelor's degree, 1-2 courses of master's degree and current researchers. One of 7 grants was won by our Altynai!
