Under the ERASMUS+ program, from April 1 to April 4, 2019, the Departament of Mechanics visited Professor Dr. Edgar Sokolovskij and Dr. Jonas Matijošius from Vilnius Technical University Gediminas, Lithuania.

The purpose of the visit is the exchange of experience and knowledge in the field of mechanics.

They devoted their short-term visit to reading lectures for students and teachers of the Department of Mechanics on the topics “Road traffic accidents examination” (Professor Dr. Edgar Sokolovskij) and “Biofuels for internal combustion engines of transport machines”. (Prof. Dr. Jonas Matijošius).

During the visit, a meeting was held with the faculty of the Department of Mechanics. During the meeting, prospects for further cooperation in the field of mechanics were discussed, issues of academic mobility of students were considered.
