On May 27, 2021, an international scientific and practical conference on the topic: "Modern problems of biology and biotechnology" was held in the scientific library of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the doctor of biological sciences, professor, corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sultan Tuleukhanovich Tuleukhanov.
The conference was held in offline and online formats, taking into account the sanitary regime. The event was organized by the Department of Biophysics, Biomedicine and Neuroscience, Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
