Learning a language through music

On March 20, the Department of Korean Studies of the Department of the Far East hosted a special lecture by Choi Ji-Уong, a teacher at Busan University of Foreign Languages, on the topic "Korean Language speaking lessons through music”. The lecture was attended by students of 1-3 courses of the Department of Korean Studies. Even though the lecture lasted 3 hours, the students were very interested in listening to the lecturer. Since they not only listened to their favorite songs, but also analyzed the lexical and semantic composition of Korean words, conducted a comparative analysis of the translation of Korean songs into Russian and Kazakh.
